1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to legal residents aged 18 or older.
- Participants must submit original photographs featuring Orange Pavers products.
- Eligible participants include homeowners, contractors, and dealers who have installed or used Orange Pavers products.
- Employees of Orange Pavers, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- Photographs must be original and taken by the entrant.
- Only digital submissions will be accepted.
- Each participant may submit multiple entries, but only one prize may be awarded per entrant.
- By submitting an entry, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the photo and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. Image Rights & Usage
- By entering, participants grant Orange Pavers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute submitted photographs in any media, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials.
- Credit may be given where possible, but is not guaranteed.
4. Prizes
- First Place: $1,000 USD
- Second Place: $750 USD
- Third Place: $500 USD
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash alternatives.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and overall quality of the image.
- Judging will be conducted by Orange Pavers or a panel appointed by Orange Pavers.
- Winners will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the contest closing.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Orange Pavers reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
- Orange Pavers reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not in compliance with contest rules.
- Orange Pavers reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if technical or other issues compromise its integrity.
- All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
- Entrants release Orange Pavers from any liability related to participation or use of submitted images.
7. Governing Law
- This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
