WARRANTY
The warranty pertains to Orange Pavers’ drycast concrete landscaping and masonry products intended for residential and commercial use and produced by Orange Pavers.
All Orange Pavers products surpass and comply with the current standards established by American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Orange Pavers offers a Life Time transferable warranty for residential projects. Starting from the delivery date to the job site that covers the structural integrity of the products and any abnormal deterioration of its surfaces. Registration is required and must be complete within 90 days of your dated proof of purchase.
The warranty applies provided that a competent professional has prepared the project’s plans and specifications.
IMPORTANT NOTICE INSPECT THIS PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY.
Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading at the time of delivery. If the shipment is accepted without noting damage, any claims for damages will be denied.
The purchaser and installer must follow all installation instructions, requirements, and warranty provisions. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.
For any visible or concealed damage, or shipping errors, contact Orange Pavers within 24 hours.
- Wear protective gear: Use gloves, safety goggles, and a dust mask when handling or cutting concrete products.
- Avoid inhaling dust: Cutting or grinding may generate silica dust, which can be harmful if inhaled. Use proper ventilation and dust control methods.
- Lift with caution: Concrete products are heavy; use proper lifting techniques or equipment to prevent injury.
- Store on a level surface to prevent shifting or tipping.
- Protect from excessive moisture to maintain product integrity before installation.
- Recycle when possible or dispose of concrete waste according to local regulations.
- Avoid disposal in water sources to prevent contamination.
- Failure to follow installation guidelines may void the warranty.
The following conditions or events are not covered by the warranty:
- Acts of negligence or misuse by the owner, installer, or any third party; color matching to printed representations; efflorescence, construction-born residue, or polymer haze; and damage or loss caused by impacts from compaction or snow removal equipment.
- splitting, chipping, or other breakage caused by impact, abrasion, or overloading.
- Claims regarding the color, size, or texture of an installed product.
- Damage as a result of poor design or poor installation practices that are contrary to specifications as laid out by ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) and the NCMA (National Concrete Masonry Association).
- Chips by snow removal when metal blades on plows or shovels will scratch and chip the surface of pavers, causing permanent damage.
- natural disasters, like earthquakes, floods, or other similar occurrences.
- damage or loss caused by settling, failure, or other movements of the structure or other components to which the products are set upon;
- Color Matching on any kind
- Damage or loss caused by improper design or installation that fails to comply with codes, standards, the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA), the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI), Orange Pavers guidelines.
- Naturally occurring Efflorescence (F-Flow), polymeric haze or construction-born residue.
The following conditions or events are not covered by the warranty:

In the event of product failure covered by this warranty, Orange Pavers will replace the product after inspecting it. Orange Pavers’ liability is limited to the cost of the product and not to those related to installation. Orange Pavers will honor the warranty with proof of purchase, like an invoice or delivery slip. This warranty is valid only for Orange Pavers products installed and purchased in United States and is non-transferable, applying only to the original purchaser of the product.
